Introduction and Aims...

Voice of Your Customers is a home-based marketing research and insights consultancy business based in Middlesex, England and Calgary, Canada.

Independent marketing research consultancy, insights reporting and analyses services. While we work from our own home locations, it is our aim to ensure that we comply with the required legislation and other requirements, to continue to reduce the environmental impact of our business and operate in an environmentally and socially responsible manner. This policy describes how we will achieve our aims.

Our Responsibility...

This policy applies to all of our activities, whether conducted at our home office, at client offices or public spaces in relation to waste, travel, service delivery and procurement.

Simon Davies, MMRS BA Hons, Director, is responsible for ensuring that the policy is monitored and implemented.

Our Commitment...

Ensure all recyclable waste is recycled or composted. Avoid printing of documents where possible. Actively promote our on-screen editing services to customers, which reduces paper waste and ink usage. Ensure all electrical items are switched off when not in use. Use public transport whenever and wherever necessary for business client meetings and to limit car journeys, and unavoidable client meetings in person.

Utilise wherever possible the functionality of VoIP software such as Skype. Actively build links with the local business community, especially in choosing to work with local suppliers where possible. Actively foster an organisational culture of openness, honesty, fairness and affordable pricing.

Monitoring and Auditing...

Progress against these objectives will be monitored continuously in light of our ongoing business activities and reviewed annually.
