Voice of Your Customers was commissioned as a third party to provide marketing research analysis and reporting services working directly with the Managing Director of a research technology agency and their customer client, an audience media buying agency. We were involved in the questionnaire design and testing stage to ensure that the survey and question structures, sequence and logic met the client’s objectives for their inaugural global client satisfaction survey.  Following completion of the fieldwork, we provided detailed global and market-specific reports, helping to identify key strengths and areas for performance improvement.  Additionally, on delivery of these reports, we participated in presentations and teleconference meetings to support the interpretation of the research findings.
