A Market Research Technology Provider commissioned Voice of Your Customers for the second successive year to undertake a repeat of the analysis and reporting of an annual global customer satisfaction survey working directly with the Managing Director. We were responsible for developing local market-specific trend reports, providing detailed analysis, insights and story development of the current 2014 survey results with the data from 2013, helping to identify key strengths developments and trends in data for performance improvement. The research covered six European markets, and one combined market analysis report.
