Voice of your customers was commissioned by the National Pawnbrokers Association (UK) to undertake a series of face to face on street interviews across the UK to test awareness of products, services and perceptions and attitudes towards the client offering, and understand why they are currently non users. The research was designed in cooperation with the Chief Executive and the NPA Council, Fieldwork was undertaken by a third party research company commissioned by Voice of Your Customers. Interviews were conducted in Bristol, Ealing, Tottenham, Islington,  Manchester, Liverpool, Newcastle, Glasgow, Birmingham and Cardiff. Following extensive fieldwork coverage, Voice of Your Customers provided the client with detailed research analyses, insight reporting to profile non users groups to help the business identify new targeting opportunities along with communications and marketing campaigns.
