This is a new client, whereby I was working to fully redesign and manage the entire online questionnaire survey process and prepare comprehensive customer segmented data tables for an established consultant of this client. The previous survey design was over complicated, was over worked, and did not maximise the full benefits of online capability through routing and segmented question structures. Through my involvement, I reduced the survey length, improved efficiency, question flow and logic. The survey has now been fully established to serve future year survey fieldwork and collection of data for on going trend development and monitoring of products and services for professional seafaring mariners and recreational boating mariners to support business development and plans for new chart editions and updates.
