Working with the Head of HR, Communication Manager and an external research agency, I managed to requirements for designing and project managing an internal employee survey across all international office locations. Reviewing previous survey designs, I managed the review and audit process to ensure trend data was preserved whilst providing new question frameworks. Achieving significant response rates, the results were very reliable, and close to census providing significant insight to the business on employee perceptions of the workplace. Post research project, my involvement continued with senior stakeholder across the business to provide departmental results and analysis and further insights at a micro level to ensure employee issues could be managed, monitored and resolved where appropriate. Focus Groups were also commissioned following the main survey to better understand some of the results and what this meant for the business, HR in terms of staff/employee and HR strategy development.
