Building on the 2009 Employee Benefits Survey, this 2010 project was simply a repeat of the full survey, taking on board minor design and question modifications to test whether improvements and changes made during the 12 months had seen an positive improvement and improved perceived perception, value for money and uptake in usage.  Maintaining a working relationship with a Senior HR Business Partner, I worked on preparing a full presentation of results that provide trend monitoring of all results for comparability, now and for the future. Insights from the results demonstrated an improvement in perception, satisfaction and higher take-up of annual benefit entitlements.
