Working with a Senior HR Business Partner, a business requirement was identified to design and undertake employee engagement regarding benefits package offerings for UK employees in advance of the requirement to prepare re-tender documentation for new contract agreements. I worked on designing a fully functional online survey which aimed at testing general awareness of benefits available before drilling down to understand what benefits employees felt that they were eligible for and thereafter, assessing levels of satisfaction, relevance, value for money, and usage of different offerings. Furthermore we gave the opportunity to ask what future benefits/ offerings employees would like to see. The results of the survey demonstrated various degrees of satisfaction, and some low take up on some existing offerings. The general view was felt that improvement could be made and new offerings were identified for immediate implementation.
