Working closely with Marketing Managers and Executives I am providing a comprehensive online feedback survey designed to understand the habits and behaviours of prospective students attending a series of events and open days. The surveys all align and monitor key performance indicator matrix questions, such as satisfaction drivers, net promoter score, expectations, and factors influencing decisions, along with measuring distance travelled and length of stay. All insights are aimed at directly informing Marketing and University Schools of the propsective student market and with the aim to ensure future events and open days are improved, and run efficiently.
