Having consolidated and reviewed various past surveys from across the business, I led the entire project management requirement to develop and introduce new KPI’s whilst maintaining and preserving existing KPI’s for trend purposes. New KPI’s introduced were focussed on corporate strategic business performance to enhance monitoring student opinion and feedback. Net Promoter Score, new attitudinal statements about choice and decision making, satisfaction and expectations were introduced, with the survey designed and relevant across all business schools and product portfolio. Students appeared to be satisfied, expectations met, but very low net promoter score and value associations. I also introduced top of mind word associations as a means of unprompted and spontaneous descriptors. Results were provided by profile and regional characteristics.
